Brenda served as a Waldorf School teacher and parent educator for more than 14 years,
while studying complementary medicine. She began her healing work full-time after graduating from Hands of Healing Institute of Tujunga, California. Brenda has completed several advanced courses in CranioSacral Therapy.
She has been a teaching assistant for CranioSacral Therapy l & ll with The Upledger Institute, and a member of
a local Dental Cranial Orthopedic Study Group. Brenda works with infants, children and adults in Altadena and the San Fernando Valley.

Brenda has a special interest in treating the many aspects of our physical and emotional health which are affected by our jaws and too-small airways.  Common signs of a restricted airway are snoring, teeth grinding, poor sleep, and waking up frequently – even bedwetting!  Less known is the relationship between restricted airway, jaws that are not forward enough, and several syndromes and illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, ADD/ADHD, Restless Leg, and more.

"I've been a client of Brenda's practice for almost 2 years. She has helped me tremendously after slipping backwards on ice and injuring my tailbone. Brenda has relieved the pain in my lower back area and has also helped me with my vertigo. I'm grateful for the service and the practical health advice she provides. Brenda has never missed an appointment and has always been on time. I was referred to a chiropractor and after 6 months of services I did not have any relief for my particular injury. The CranioSacral therapy worked better for me. I'm grateful for the service and the practical health advice she provides."   Celia S. 2013
